Policies

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

  • 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged a fee of $35 for a last minute cancellation. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
  • No-shows: Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a no-show. They will be charged for the full amount of their missed appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

  • Scheduling

    Reservations are required though we will do our best to accommodate walk-ins or same-day phone requests. Due to the nature of some of our treatments, appointments occasionally run over their scheduled time. Please be patient and know that you can count on the same degree of exceptional care. A credit card or gift card will be need to hold and reserve any appointments made

    Payment

    We accept cash, checks, debit, American Express, Visa and MasterCard. INTEREST-FREE FINANCING AVAILABLE for purchases of $1,000 or more. See rules that apply. Gratuities must be paid by cash or check.

    Client Satisfaction

    Our product selection process is exacting for your best results. If you wish to change your selection, please return the unused item with within 7 days of purchase and we will gladly exchange them for retail credit.

    Refunds

    All services, gift cards, and Series/Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    Please Note

    Should management choose to refund any unused portion of pre-paid laser series, you are responsible for the full value at un-discounted prices of all used treatments or services. Please choose wisely. Price and service subject to change as on-line and print marketing are being updated.

    We reserve the right to refuse service at any time to anyone for any reason.
